Therapist, Founder, busy mum, who learned the hard way that burn out is real!
Like you I’m a working mum of three children, running my own purpose-driven business, I know first hand what it means to pour from an empty cup. Before Calm Together, I was holding down a demanding role in a helping profession, giving everything to others while neglecting my own wellbeing. I experienced burnout and disconnection that left me emotionally and physically depleted.
That experience became the catalyst for change. I created Calm Together ltd and Her Harmony because I believe that those who care for others deserve care themselves. This program is built on the tools, insights, and practices that helped me recover, reconnect with my purpose, and rebuild my energy and community so I could thrive again, both personally and professionally.
